20-floor timber building

TRÆ is a new office building at Sydhavnen in Aarhus with a height of 78 meters and 20 floors. In addition to its height, the office building adds an extra dimension by incorporating reuse and recycling in all aspects of the construction.

LCA calculations and fire safety consultancy are two disciplines that are at play and go hand in hand when assessing the solutions.

Harboe Visitor Centre

The brewery group Harboe has a new visitor center that matches the company’s international brand.

The building with its three gabled roofs reflects the maritime exhibition inside and thus appears as a prominent landmark at Skælskør Fjord.

DSV Headquarters

The employees’ positive attitude towards comfort and indoor climate has increased from 65% to 90 % since DSV moved in to their new headquarters.

The building project consists of a 15.000 m² office building and a terminal building at 12.000 m² . Besides ensuring an optimal thermal and acoustic indoor climate, Artelia has also contributed to logistics regarding  the terminal building and its access roads.
