Radisson Red
Radisson Red is an international hotel brand that focuses on design, culture and flexibility. Radisson Red in Aarhus is the first of its kind in the Nordics.
The goal is to make the hotel as flexible for the guests as possible. The guests have access to the hotel’s fitness centre, bar and restaurant 24 hours a day. Via an app, Radisson Red guests can select the facilities and services to match their needs. The app can also be used to check in and check out as well as to open and lock one’s room.
The hotel has 78 large and well-designed rooms, modern meeting rooms and event facilities as well as a fitness centre. The hotel is located with a view of several iconic Aarhus institutions such as Aarhus Music house and ARoS art museum.

Hotel Admiral
Hotel Admiral has one of Denmark’s most prominent addresses. The charming building is located on Langelinie between the Royal Danish Playhouse and Amalienborg.
It is an extremely popular piece of property that the hotel chain Midstar has acquired. Prior to the purchase, Artelia was asked to perform a technical & environmental due diligence (TEDD) report to form a basis for decision for Midstar.

Moxy Copenhagen
Moxy Copenhagen follows an urban trend to make the hotel bar available to not only the hotel’s guests. During the day, the foyer can be used as an alternative place of work or for students to study. At night, the bar opens with craft beers and cocktails.
In addition to the base and two stabilising cores in concrete, the hotel consists of prefabricated CLT timber modules. Each module contains two rooms and because three modules can be installed in a day, the 9,700 sqm hotel with its 226 rooms was constructed extremely quickly.

Cabinn
As the name suggests, Hotel Cabinn takes its inspiration from the cabin principle with an optimal utilisation of the square meters available This ensures a fair price to match the ‘all you need to sleep’ slogan. Artelia is the engineer of two of the hotel chain’s hotels in Ørestad and on Kalvebod Brygge, respectively.
